The Fee
We charge a monthly fee. Not a fee per role.
You can book:
- A single calendar month
- 3 concurrent calendar months
- 3 calendar months to be used within a 6-month period
Our availability is limited, especially during peak hospitality recruitment times.
We don’t send the same candidates to ten different clients, as we don’t work with ten clients at any one time.
We don’t select what’s left; we select what’s best based on what we’ve learnt from working with you.
The Service
We advise on what job boards/apps to use, provide up-to-date salary benchmarking, and assist with posting adverts.
We’ll then look after:
- Advertising for roles (applicable job board/s)
- LinkedIn advertising
- Responses to every applicant
- Full screening – including right to work eligibility
- Shortlisting of suitable candidates
- Organising all interviews and stages
- Feedback to unsuccessful candidates
